CHIEF OF ALL THINGS

As the founder of the business you are the force that makes things happen. You are the principal salesperson, principal administrator, principal creative force and not least of all, head of finance. That’s a lot of responsibility and lot of work, usually 24/7. At some point you will need to delegate some of these responsibilities to others. When you do it allows you to focus on those aspects that build and drive the business. When you begin to delegate you will have a sense of lack of control and this can be unsettling, but it is an essential part of growth.
